Very beautiful medieval village, crowned by a castle.

Nice to arrive by the cycle path along the Dordogne after coming back down from Domme. Ideal early in the morning to avoid the crowds of families or tourists on the track. Then possibility to reach Roque-Gageac or Beynac afterwards (or Domme if done in the other direction).

There is an exhibition about medieval military equipment in the castle. It is particularly nice for children. The view is also worth it.
