The Château de Gironde near Saint Parthem lies high above the picturesque Lot Valley. Since the 15th century, it has belonged to the Bertrand family, from which the Bertrand de Crozefon family descends. The castle is not open to the public.

The small church dates from the 11th century. It is dedicated to Radegonde de Poitiers, who was born in Thuringia in the 6th century and died in Poitiers as Queen of the Franks in 587. The church has been classified as a monument historique since 1912.

In 2004, the Tour de France passed through Saint-Jean-Mirabel during a stage. You will find a huge bicycle on display as a souvenir. There is also a fine statue of Joan of Arc and a 13th century church with a remarkable tympanum.

Since the 17th century, the so-called Three Bishop's Cross stood at this point of the Jacob's Way. It marked the place where the historic provinces of Quercy, Rouergue and Auvergne met together. The today's cross is new and dates from the year 2013 and was designed after the model of the historical stone cross.
