Last stop on my tour: Phenological Garden The pictures I have included also show the wooden bridge, which was newly erected a few months ago, and the destination of my tour, the Phenological Garden.

A small lake with lots of seating

This is how beautiful it looks here. In some maps the name of the lake is given as: Lake near the radio towers.

What do the years on the stone mean?

This wonderful tree park can be visited daily from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Colorful flowers, meadows with beautiful and shady seating to relax, cottage garden, lotus lake, water forest, shady playground and much more is entertaining, beautiful to look at and relaxing. In the café you can e.g. Enjoy coffee and cake and buy one or two plants for the garden or balcony in front of the Aboretum. Opposite there is the possibility to pick strawberries yourself or if you don't have enough energy, just to buy them. Frequented a lot by coaches in summer. Changing mat in the disabled toilet!

It is worth taking a tour of the arboretum

A beautiful meadow path leads from the forest to the outskirts of Ellerhoop to the arboretum. To do this, you cross a railless bridge over a very idyllic stream with old willow trees. A beautiful place!
