The Einetallauf is a competition event in popular sport. You can compete in various disciplines. 3/7/12.5 and 21.1 kilometer routes are possible. It is also possible to complete the 7 and 12 kilometers as a walker.

The Westdorfer Warte, which stands 162 m above sea level, is a round tower with a diameter of 5.5 m and a height of 11 m. The lower wall is 1.28 m thick. At the top, the tower has a parapet on cantilevered consoles with round arches, which forms a battlement. The tower is topped by an octagonal stone helmet with four light slits. The stone helmet is three meters high, so that the total height of the tower is 14 meters. As was common in the Middle Ages, the original tower entrance was halfway up the tower. The tower is similar in design to the large city wall towers of Aschersleben.

The Rabenturm is one of the towers in the historic city wall of Aschersleben. This is still quite well preserved in many sections and has been extensively restored in recent decades. What makes it so special is that you can completely "cycle around" it, away from any car traffic, via the "Promenaden-Ring" around the medieval city center via shady cycle paths, through the city center, through parks and along the Eine.

In May 1889, construction of a new post and telegraph office began, and it was put into operation in 1891.
