Dogs are allowed in Aschersleben Zoo! We are always delighted when our little Yorkiese Bronco can come with us on our trips! 💚🐶🐾 We really enjoyed the visit to the zoo, it was very varied and the park is clean and beautifully laid out.

The Einetallauf is a competition event in popular sport. You can compete in various disciplines. 3/7/12.5 and 21.1 kilometer routes are possible. It is also possible to complete the 7 and 12 kilometers as a walker.

The Westdorfer Warte, which stands 162 m above sea level, is a round tower with a diameter of 5.5 m and a height of 11 m. The lower wall is 1.28 m thick. At the top, the tower has a parapet on cantilevered consoles with round arches, which forms a battlement. The tower is topped by an octagonal stone helmet with four light slits. The stone helmet is three meters high, so that the total height of the tower is 14 meters. As was common in the Middle Ages, the original tower entrance was halfway up the tower. The tower is similar in design to the large city wall towers of Aschersleben.
