신자들이 묵주 기도를 바칠 때 명상적으로 관상할 수 있도록 여러 가지 텍스트 변형이 있습니다. 따라서 교회는 오래된 전승에 따라 세 가지, 즉 '신비'(신학에서 신의 도움 없이는 우리에게 접근할 수 없는 무언가의 계시를 의미하는 그리스어 'Mysterium'에서 유래)라고 불리는 버전들을 알고 있습니다: '기쁨의 신비' / '고통의 신비' / '영광의 신비'. 교황 요한 바오로 2세는 2002년 10월 사도 서한 '묵주기도의 모후(Rosarium Virginis Mariae)'를 통해 '빛의 신비'를 추가했습니다. 또한, 다양한 본당이나 그룹에서 묵주 기도에 대한 봉헌을 추가적인 표현으로 풍성하게 하는 것이 전혀 드문 일은 아닙니다. 제가 어느 날 기도 용지에서 발견하여 여기에 소개하고 싶은 특별한 변형은 '평화의 묵주'이며, 다섯 가지 신비는 다음과 같습니다: + 천사들이 평화를 선포했던 예수님의 탄생 (참조: 눅 2, 8-14) + 우리의 발걸음을 평화의 길로 인도하시는 예수님 (참조: 눅 1, 67-79) + 화평하게 하는 자는 복이 있나니라고 말씀하신 예수님 (참조: 마태 5, 3-12a) + 제자들을 보내어 평화를 전하게 하신 예수님 (참조: 마태 10, 7-13) + 우리에게 당신의 평화를 남겨주신 예수님 (참조: 요 14, 23-27)

We particularly enjoyed the history of the town, situated on the Meuse River. The beautiful town hall was built in 1847/48 on the site of a monastery in the Italian Renaissance style. In front of the town hall stands the gigantic equestrian statue of Joan of Arc, revered by the French. This cast-iron monument weighs 2.5 tons. Joan is said to have conquered the city. There is also a Joan of Arc Museum in the town.

The final plan for the construction of this church took shape in 1895 under the leadership of Mr. LOEVENBRUCK, the new parish priest. The location was chosen so as to be included in the whole: old church, presbytery, grotto and Rosary chapel while opening onto the main street of the village. The cult of the Virgin is ancient in Lorraine, particularly on the Hill of Sion. The apparitions of Lourdes after those of La Salette mark the souls of a very Christianized population in the countryside. Pilgrimages to Lourdes gained momentum in the 1880s. In 1883, there were 1,600 pilgrims from Lorraine. The momentum was given. The general plan of the Rosary Chapel is reminiscent of the Rosary Basilica in Lourdes. It was built from 1892 to 1894 to the plans of the architect Jacquemin at the initiative of Canon Demange and then his brother. The chapel has three alveoli for the three mysteries: joyful mystery, painful mystery, glorious mystery. Each cell has five windows and five tables. The church of St Martin in Bruley dates back to the 19th century.

Vaucouleurs takes its name from this part of the Meuse river, called Val des Couleurs. This Joan of Arc town (dedicated to Joan of Arc) was located a few kilometers from the front during the First World War. Today, it is a charming village with many streams and beautiful forests.
