The information center is located next to the entrance. Directly behind the entrance, you'll be greeted by an impressive view of the castle. The Castle Park Run starts and finishes here once a year in March. Those interested in participating should register in advance, as the number of participants is limited.

The border on the Neisse at the Bad Muskau weir island offers a picturesque setting where German and Polish history and culture combine harmoniously. From here you can not only admire the impressive landscape park on both sides of the Neisse, but also the feeling of history that permeates this place. The weir island is located on a particularly quiet section of the river, which makes it a popular place for a short stop on the bike path or a leisurely stroll. Here you can enjoy the green surroundings and the expanse of the park to the fullest. For a sweet end to the trip, the town of Bad Muskau invites you to try the famous Fürst-Pückler ice cream in one of the ice cream parlors - a perfect addition to a day in the park.

The courtyard in Muskau Park is a wonderful place to pause. The old trees provide pleasant shade and the small café invites you to take a relaxing break. There is enough space for cyclists to park their bikes and the idyllic atmosphere of the historic courtyard makes you feel at home straight away. A highlight is the Prince Pückler ice cream, which offers a refreshing cool down on warm days. The cappuccino is also highly recommended. The buildings date from the time of Prince Pückler and have been lovingly restored. Some of them even serve as apartments today, which gives the place a special mix of historical significance and modern life. The view wanders relaxed over the well-kept grounds while you treat yourself to a little break under the shady trees.

The Prince Pückler Park in Bad Muskau, based on the English model, extends over an area of over 830 hectares on both sides of the Neisse. What appears to be naturally occurring and grown is planned down to the last detail - a garden work of art by Hermann Prince Pückler-Muskau. The nobleman designed the landscape park between 1815 and 1845. In 2004, the complex was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.
