It closed its doors in 1969, the date on which the Charleval - Serqueux line was definitively closed. It has now been converted into housing.

Along your way, you can admire a brick dovecote from Saint-Jean which is very well preserved within this old farm.

The mill for the production of soft wheat flour was built in 1839. A paddle wheel drives two pairs of stone millstones that grind the grain. The flour thus obtained is sieved by sifters. In 1919, two trucks replace the horses. In 1954, the mill was completely renovated and all the machines were refurbished. In 2000, the "new" mill was put into operation with a crushing capacity of 1100 quintals per day. The mill is still in operation and produces flour for the production of bread and pastries.
