Bernièresa Lake is located in a calm and relaxing landscape. It is an old gravel pit that has become a fishing ground where you can catch carp, pike, perch and other fish. The route is very easy and takes about 15 minutes. You can enjoy the view of the lake and the surrounding fields, and maybe spot ducks or herons on the water. The lake is not very busy, which allows you to enjoy a certain tranquility.

Lac de Venables is a magnificent lake connected to the Seine with an area of 90 hectares. The race starts from Port de Venables, a marina with 200 rings, and follows the path that runs along the shores of the lake.

Following the GR2, the view of Château Gaillard, in Andelys, is magnificent. This ruined medieval castle, built by Richard the Lionheart in the 12th century, overlooks the Seine from the top of a cliff. You can take the GR2, a long-distance hiking trail that runs along the river, from Val Saint-Martin to the castle. The path offers beautiful views of the valley, the river and the town of Les Andelys.
