Beautiful cycle and footpath on the route of the former Bachbahn. The Bachbahn was a branch line that ran from Lampertsmühle-Otterbach station to Reichenbach. It owes its name to the connected towns, which all ended in the syllable "-bach".

Cycle path runs on a former railway line. Very good to drive. In Schwedelbach there is also a newly designed children's playground at the "monument". Great for families with children.

A clean place with a nicely designed model of the old Bach Railway 🚂

The Schwedelbacher Bachbahnzeit. A section of the train has returned to Schwedelbach 40 years after the last passenger train chugged through the village. The tracks on the seven old railway sleepers and the steam locomotive stylized from sheet steel are almost exactly at the former original location, in the immediate vicinity of the former train station. An appropriately designed information board has the appropriate data and images.
