The Réservoir du Bairon, is an artificial lake in the Grand Est region. Spread over an area of 120 hectares, the lake offers a range of activities, with a part reserved for water sports and recreation and another part dedicated to nature conservation. The lake, which also includes a nature reserve, was created in the 1830s-1840s as a reservoir for the Canal des Ardennes.
