The information board explains how certain landscapes were formed during the Ice Age. Enormous masses of ice were usually responsible for the faults and shapes. On one side, you can repeatedly see "pits," "craters," and "furrows" in the forest. On the other side, however, you can also see elevations and ridges. Here, you can hike along one of these elevations.

On the left side of the floating dock are very tall reeds. Ducks often stay there. During my visit, I even saw a family of ducks with a total of eight young.

Remains from the Ice Age

A very beautiful and varied nature reserve with some very well signposted hiking trails. Here I found chanterelles and porcini mushrooms. A few small meters of altitude are also included on small, narrow paths. Good parking facilities, even e-cars have the option of a charging station here.

A beautiful jetty with seating along the sides. A cute pair of ducks were taking a siesta here. A little further up is a fire pit with benches.
