The picnic table was in the water when we arrived. About 50m further is a campsite with many picnic tables at the entrance.

Skräddartorpsfallen waterfall is nestled in the heart of Malingsbo-Klotens nature reserve, and it offers a refreshing natural spectacle. It's a hidden gem, ideal for nature lovers seeking a peaceful detour.

Nice rest area on the shore of Malingsbosjön lake. There is a picnic table and a little jetty to go on the water. It's the perfect place to have a rest in the shade during your ride.

If you turn off the Sméleden and are willing to take a short detour to the nature reserve around Lake Jätturn, you come to a rest area with benches and a hut on the other side of the bank (where you probably don't want to spend the night). Apparently a popular destination for the Swedes on weekends, who come here with picnic baskets to grill around the fireplace. The special thing about the place: two rowing boats are moored on the bank, with which you can row to the small grotto opposite. The way to the rest area is narrow, stony and gnarled. I think it's worth the detour.

The hostel "The Wilderness Lodge" is located in the heart of the Malingo-Kloten nature reserve. The reception and a small shop are in the yellow building, the rooms in the neighboring red building. In the summer season you can rent canoes here. Kloten is the first and last stage of the Bergslag Trail, which starts and ends here.

Small space between the road and the lake. Sanitary simple but clean, kitchen available, nice meadow for the tent. The official price is too high. Persistent bargaining helps.

Not that tall, but definitely a long water fall with a nice fire place. The brave goes for a skinny dip in the water fall.
