The Kattegattledens trail between Båstad and Halmstad takes you along Sweden's longest sandy beach and through a wonderfully green nature reserve.

The Tönnersa Nature Reserve invites you to wander through fragrant pine forests and moss-covered dunes. The Kattegattleden trail crosses the reserve along an idyllic forest path.

The river flows into the sea at Laholm Bay, and the scenery here is quite special. You'll find yourself in a tranquil natural area where the river meets the sea, with a landscape that is popular with birdwatchers. This is a perfect opportunity to take a well-deserved break, enjoy the peaceful surroundings, and watch the water flow into the bay.

Nice view, but riding on the beach is tiring. Enojoy a little pause here, a lunchbreak.

This is a pleasant, forested cycle route. While it offers a visually tranquil atmosphere, the motorway runs nearby so you'll hear the distant sound of cars. Despite this, it's a lovely path if you enjoy a slower, scenic ride.
