이곳에서는 연중 내내 비테(Vitte), 클로스터(Kloster), 노이엔도르프(Neuendorf)로 가는 페리와 수상 택시가 운행됩니다. 페리 운항 외에도 항구에는 수많은 정박 시설을 갖춘 현대적인 요트 항구가 있으며 보덴(Bodden)과 히든제(Hiddensee) 섬의 아름다운 전망을 제공합니다. 혼잡(특히 여름철)을 피하기 위해 페리 티켓을 미리 온라인으로 예약하는 것이 좋습니다. 항구 바로 옆에는 주차 공간이 없으며, 마을 입구에 있는 대형 주차장을 이용해야 한다는 점에 유의하십시오. 저희는 버스(스프린터)로 하루 종일 6유로를 지불했습니다(2026년 7월 기준).

The Protestant Church of St. John in Schaprode is one of the oldest churches on the island of Rügen. The brick building can be visited ("Tritt ein" - open churches) and is surrounded by a churchyard with green lawns. Events are regularly held here, mostly concerts, but sometimes a film screening. Pastor Holz opens the church for me again when I arrive, and he was already about to leave for the day. Very nice!

Delicious fish dishes and homemade ice cream, popular with locals and tourists alike for over 60 years. How about a scoop to go? Or inside in the restaurant, or in the small beer garden when the weather's nice. Bikes must be parked outside, but that's really not a problem around here.

Several ferries serve the three ports on the island of Hiddensee from Schaprode. The timetable is adjusted according to the season, as passenger volumes vary greatly in winter and summer. Tickets can be purchased directly at the ferry terminal if they have not yet been purchased online. And for anyone who needs cash, there is also an ATM that is freely accessible at all times.

2026년 2월 28일 업데이트: 농장 상점이 2025/2026 겨울 휴식기 후 다시 문을 열었으며 옆 건물로 이전했습니다. 이제 앉을 수 있는 공간도 훨씬 더 많아졌습니다. 따뜻한 음식과 많은 관광 기념품, 주류, "Schillings-Welt"의 현지 및 상품화 제품을 포함한 더 큰 규모의 상품을 제공합니다. "Schillings Gasthof" 레스토랑은 바로 옆에 있습니다. 휴가 기분이 좋은 사람들을 위한 가격대입니다.
