The Na Rozcestí Cottage is one of the legendary Krkonoše huts. It is truly located at the crossroads of the roads on the main ridge of the Krkonoše Mountains. From the hut you can walk to Sněžka, Pec, Špindel or Strážná (Vrchlabi). The Na Rozcestí Cottage, at an altitude of 1349 m. above sea level, has been providing a pleasant refuge for hikers and cyclists, cross-country skiers and ski mountaineers since the beginning of the 20th century, who need to gain strength for their next journey through the Krkonoše National Park or to hide from bad weather.

Klínové boudy (German: Keilbauden) is a settlement and part of the city of Špindlerův Mlýn in the Trutnov District in the Hradec Králové Region. It forms a remote meadow enclave in the Krkonoše National Park. It is located on the southern slope in a meadow above the Klínový potok stream, one kilometer west of Chalupa Na Rozcestí and three kilometers southeast of the upper station of the Svatý Petr – Pláně cable car. The names Klínové boudy and Klínový potok supposedly have their origin in the historical production of wooden wedges, which were used in nearby mines. Most of the huts serve tourists, mainly cross-country skiers.

A hospitable inn with reliable opening hours and, above all, excellent food. The goulash made from the farm's own beef is especially recommended.

The highlight, in addition to the magnificent panoramic view, is also the cuisine of this hut. We ate a huge blueberry dumpling - filled with wild blueberries - where else can you get that? Great reward after the climb 😉
