This small ancient village is a wonderful place to stop on your cycle. You must visit The King's Head pub which is famous for its unchanging interior with rooms that haven't seen significant updates in centuries.

I'm sure they're great but not really what you'd call ride food.

Beautiful spot to watch the sunrise, if you can time it right.

Quintessential traditional country pub, in a lovely village setting with a nice pub garden behind and some more seating to the front.

Very popular country pub. Seating out front and large pub garden to the side/rear, although the shingle car park isn't the easiest on road tyres.

The lowest road crossing on the Blyth and the views over the marshes are scenic, but it's not a peaceful route as the traffic and lorries thunder past you at 60mph on the A12!

Tiny single track lane that leads you into Reydon and Southwold. Can be worth it if you just enjoy the peace and quiet, or maybe at the height of the summer tourist season, but generally the B roads from Wangford or Wrentham provide an easier/faster route to Southwold.
