뤼벤(슈프레발트) 최고의 러닝 경로

정말 인상적인 오래된 건물입니다. 하인츠 뤼만(Heinz Rühmann)이 출연한 멋진 영화 "Feuerzangenbowle"에서처럼 예전 시대의 학교 같습니다. 이렇게 멋진 기념물에서 학생들이 뛰어놀게 한다는 것이 거의 상상하기 어렵습니다.

Between Lübben and Beeskow lies a piece of abandoned history: the former route of the Lower Lusatia Railway, which today runs like a dormant line through the Spreewald Forest. Cyclists who feel more at home on old paths than new roads will find a quiet companion here. The railway embankment is mostly well-paved, partly asphalted, partly paved with crumbling concrete slabs – not suitable for racing bikes, but solid for touring bikes with some tread. Where the steam locomotive once puffed, birdsong now reigns. The tracks are still visible in places, overgrown with grass or completely swallowed up by vegetation. Old level crossings and rusted St. Andrew's crosses remind us that this was once the rhythm of the region. The section near Lübben is particularly charming: it leads through sparse forests, past moorland, streams, and former railway stations that now lie dormant. You roll through time and hardly notice it passing.

Anyone who stops here pauses – not just physically, but also mentally. The small bridge over the Nordumfluter isn't an architectural marvel, a selfie hotspot, or a place you tag on Instagram with the #mustsee hashtag. And that's precisely its appeal. The view sweeps over the perfectly straight channel, lined with dense reeds and riparian grass swaying in the breeze. Beyond the parapet, the tranquil panorama of the biosphere reserve begins – with a horizon that wants nothing but to be open. No advertising, no stalls, no hustle and bustle. Just water, meadow, and wind.

There are many artificially created island ponds near Schlepzig. A number of birds can be observed here.

At the Crane Pond there are many swans and a beautiful path right along the bank. Highly recommended!
