The stump of the original Ribbeck pear tree can be seen in the village church.

The church in Ribbeck was built as a single-nave hall church in the 16th century. The church was rebuilt several times and the small medieval windows became large light-giving windows. The interior received an ornamental painting based on the model of the Schinkel School. In 1887 the church building was extended by 6 meters to the east. Two-storey extensions were added to the north and south of the church. The barrel-vaulted crypt of the von Ribbeck family is located under the southern extension. From 1985, numerous renovation and conversion work on the church began. The wooden pulpit has been preserved from the 19th century furnishings. The restoration took place in the neoclassical version of 1887. The model was the Schinkel School at the time.
