A wonderful cycling route in the south of Berlin. You're in the countryside.

You have to climb up and look. A magnificent view of the airport to the south, the surrounding communities, and Berlin to the north. Simply beautiful.

Today the tree is a natural monument and very impressive. It could certainly tell many stories. ;-)

A beautiful pony farm in the middle of nature. You can learn to ride on ponies and horses and guided rides are also possible. You can also earn a riding badge. According to the website, opening times are Monday to Friday by appointment, but when I went for a walk on a Sunday it was really busy.

The path leads through the quiet forest along Lake Sacrow. Here you can enjoy nature and switch off.

On the Fontane hiking trail there is this varied section through a narrow ravine. Gorge might be an exaggeration, but the trail is in Brandenburg, where every manor house is called a castle.

In the middle of the extensive Grunewald forest, the Grunewald Tower towers above the treetops. The beautiful red brick tower is a monument, observation tower and tourist destination all in one.
