The complex is very impressive. The viewing platform costs €6. Keep your receipt, as you'll need it again to exit. The view is phenomenal. There's a lovely beer garden at the base of the tower.

Good starting point for hikes to the Osserwiese and the Osserschutzhaus. There are around 40 parking spaces available, and the hiking map and description of the Osser are located right at the beginning of the hiking trail signage. The well-signposted parking lot branches off from the Lambach and Ober Schmelz connecting road.
