Lovely former railway, now a walking and cycling path that gently rises towards Raydon for about 4km. Can get a bit boggy in places after heavy rain.

Scenic brick bridge and a riverside rest area.

Mixture of light mud and hard packed path, popular with hikers and dog walkers too. Very enjoyable, recommended.

Across the River Brett and into Hadleigh - lots of places for lunch!

Formerly the premises of The Pedal House bike shop. Great pastries, filled sandwiches and rolls, cakes and coffee, and outdoor or indoor seating.

Now moved over the road to warehouse premises, with access by appointment only. The former shop is an independent cafe and deli so the next best thing to a bike shop for a roadie!
