Rest areas in the vineyards

Like many other buildings in the town center, the Old Town Hall suffered damage in the 17th century. It was rebuilt at the beginning of the 18th century under the direction of the Stuttgart architect Heimb. Above the entrance door is the Knittlingen coat of arms: in the center, the abbot's staff, symbolizing the town's affiliation with Maulbronn Monastery, and crossed on either side are two cudgels, also known as "Knittel." The town's name, Knittlingen, is derived from this. The Faust Museum has been located here since 1980.

Former town hall built in 1770 with half-timbering, which now contains a wine bar and holiday apartments in the annex.

A lovely spot for a picnic. Easily accessible from the parking lot.

You pass by it when you drive from Knittlingen to Hohenklingen, or vice versa, very beautiful lake in the Weissacher Valley.
