Former railway viaduct dating from 1893, on the line which linked Saint-Germain-du-Puy to Cosne-Cours-sur-Loire. The line was closed in 1966 and a road was built there instead. The view of Saint-Satur, Sancerre and the vineyards is worth a look.

Demanding hike, but very pleasant. A few difficult passages, but none "dangerous", as long as you don't catch fire. The paths are very varied: apple trees, undergrowth, field paths, a bit of an old railway track, a bit of tar on the side of Bardys d'en bas and Menetou-Salon, which allows you to recover This hike is worth it, but it is better at the moment than after a week of rain :-) To do this Sunday October 15, 2023.
