Unterberg Schutzhaus에서 약 100미터 위에 있는 아름다운 전망 봉우리

According to Wikipedia, it is the northeasternmost mountain in the Alps that still retains its alpine character. There is an abundance of monkshood and gentian in the unmown meadows, many beautiful old beech and spruce trees, even the occasional rhododendron/alpine rose, and a curious holly grove which, due to its size, has (potentially) stood for several centuries on the northwest ridge at approximately 1100m next to the path coming from the Dürrholzer Kreuz.

Here you can enjoy great views of Schneeberg, Rax, Schneealpe, Göller Ötscher and much more.

The Maria-Einsiedl Chapel is located very close to the Unterberger mountain hut. Unfortunately, the hut can only be entered through the entrance area. The interior (altar and votive paintings) can only be viewed through a gate.

At 1,190 meters above sea level, the Unterberg Refuge lies below the summit of the highest mountain in the Gutenstein Alps. You can enjoy fine dining and drinks in the cozy parlor and on the terrace.

The small pilgrimage chapel Maria Einsiedl (Maria im Thier) is located near the Unterberg mountain hut and is absolutely beautiful and well worth seeing. The stone-operated door mechanism is interesting. 😊

From the terrace of the Enzianhütte, you have a fantastic view to the south. The food was delicious, too. 👍
