A quiet lane with a generally good surface, occasional potholes but you can find a fast pothole free line.

Great little Cafe with very friendly owners. 25% off drinks if you come on two wheels!. Breakfast, good coffee, cakes, lunch items and great pizza! Worthwhile a little detour!

Handy spot for a coffee and cake although the cycle parking is not great but some outside seats to keep an eye on your bike

RAF Henlow provides the support to enable lodger units to deliver global operations. Henlow Airfield is no longer open to visiting aircraft and all flying activity ceases in July 2020, with the airfield closing as an integral step towards the Government’s intent to close RAF Henlow.

A good climb if heading south, but a much better descent if heading north from Luton or Dunstable. Enjoy the view as you fly down the hill!

A local legend! Steep and straight, you'll know you've been up a hill! Great views from the top though.

You have to divert off the through routes to find this one in group of a shops next to the green. Exceptional café in ordinary but peaceful and pleasant surroundings. Handy for the Chilterns Cycleway

Open Friday and Saturday mornings. Amazing homemade cakes and the best sausage butty for many a mile😀👍
