A nice base restaurant

If you're in the area and don't stop by, it's your own fault. Super delicious ice cream. Even at €2 per scoop, it's still worth it.

Absolute delight

A lovely little ice cream parlor with very unusual flavors. Since it's right next to our vacation apartment, we were able to try a few flavors, and they were all delicious. 🤤 The price is absolutely reasonable: €1.50 per scoop in 2023 and €2.00 currently. The homemade ice cream places particular emphasis on traditional production without colorings or preservatives, as well as on the use of regional ingredients. You can customize your ice cream to your liking at the in-house topping station. Coffee and dessert specialties, as well as freshly blended milkshakes, round out the kEISer offerings.

Although the “Wilder Kaiser” inn plays a central role in the series, it is not actually open as an inn.

The golf course of Ellmau🇦🇹

A good tip for a free parking spot close to the center in Ellmau is the parking lot near the village center, which often offers free parking. Look for the relevant signs to make sure you park in a permitted area. Alternatively, you can also look for parking near the sports field or the church, as there are often free spaces there too.
