Wonderful view. Summit cross, which was probably made so small because of the summit name. Here you can take great pictures, enjoy your snack or hike straight to the Hohen Zinken or the Kleiner Zinken.

From the Hohe Zinken, which is 2222 meters above sea level, you have a wonderful view of Styria and Carinthia. The summit cross is beautiful and the mountain air is pleasant. Unfortunately there is a lot of wind up here, so it won't be very pleasant for some. Great place from which you don't want to hike further (e.g. to Schießeck). Also perfect for watching the sunrise or sunset.

Winklern is a small town near Oberwölz. Winklern is known for its church. It is a replica of the famous Altötting pilgrimage church in Bavaria and thus the only place of grace of its kind in Styria. It was built by Thomas Langanger, the estate manager of the Mainhartsdorf Castle, which belongs to Admont, and the carpenter Matthias Merl between 1654 and 1658.

With 1,001 inhabitants, Oberwölz is the smallest town in Styria. The city was elevated to a city as early as 1300 and experienced an economic boom in the 14th and 15th centuries. The city wall, three city gates and the fortifications, which still give the town center a medieval appearance, date from this time. The parish church of St. Martin is considered to be the oldest church in Oberwölz.
