Great cafe with a fully stocked bike shop selling anything from tools, clothing, computers to full bikes. Lovely coffee and cake with some cheese and dog treats for the dog! Highly recommend for all audiences. Will be coming back …

Beer is a beautiful village in Lyme Bay, with a shingle beach and limestone cliffs. The beach is in use by fisherman so although being a sun trap, it doesn't attract the same numbers of sunbathers as other local bays. Rather than the alcoholic drink, Beer takes its name from 'bearu' which relates to the forest that previously enveloped the area. Close by are Beer Caves, created by the excavation of beer stone, a practice ongoing since Roman times. Beer Caves are open to visitors. The beach at Seaton seafront is a mile long facing into Lyme Bay on the Jurassic Coast. The beach is ideal for swimming, paddling and fishing. The town itself, Devon's eastern most resort, has plenty of cafes, pubs, shops and restaurants to refuel and rehydrate.

An excellent little cycle café and bike shop, often with cycling on screen, serving good coffee, cakes and bacon sandwiches. The building is an old garage and its listed. There are still several historical petrol pumps outside on the forecourt.

I'll vouch for the café and the fantastic bacon sarnies they do. Nice to be able to peruse a good bike shop while the food's being prepared too!

A re-purpsed old petrol station, now more of a service station for cyclists rather than motorist! The old pumps outside are a listed part of the building, so they can't be removed, but it's a nice nostalgic feature. Inside there is a really well stocked bike shop, free-to-use bike tools outside, plus cafe that also looked v good (didn't try it out as didn't have time).
