The historic town of Edenbridge has plenty to catch your eye as you pedal through. A colourful high street, medieval buildings and the Church of St Peter and St Paul. Deep in Kent countryside, the road is the best way to experience Bough Beech Reservoir. Its boundary is otherwise closed to the public so you are likely to see birdwatchers perched on the pavement with their binoculars trained across the water.
