An outstanding equestrian property with fantastic facilities briefly comprising of 87 boxes housed within three American style barns, 4 horse walkers, equine pool, 1 furlong covered ride and 2 covered lunging rings. Extensive turnout paddocks, 7.5 furlong all-weather gallop & 5.5 furlong all-weather gallop all within the beautiful 160 acre setting.

An excellent cafe stop before or after visiting the historic castle which is not far from here.

Amazing! I wasn't expecting such a castle in the middle of Newark when cycling through.👍 Looks like it would be well worth a visit if you have time.

Riverside Park hosts a range of local events, from music concerts to food fairs and funfairs. It also contains a number of pieces of public art including a gnomon sundial, great views back onto the castle and a walk alongside the River Trent.

Combine a visit to the castle with a picnic, watching the Trent roll by. There are lots of quiet lanes approaching from the south.

Newark Castle ruins are set in lovely, formal gardens bordered by the remaining walls of the castle which was partly destroyed in 1646 at the end of the English Civil War.
