The hill has been deemed the most romantic place to watch the sunrise or sunset in Surrey, and that's no surprise, it is the highest point in Hurtwood and affords some magnificent views across the surrounding countryside of the Surrey Hills AONB.

Hydon's Ball is a prominent hilltop situated in the Surrey Hills AONB not too far from Godalming. The hilltop is one of the top 10 highest points in Surrey and is marked by a trig point. The hill is home to a lovely variety of heathland and woodland, and there are some lovey views on offer of the surrounding countryside from the top. Keep your eyes peeled for wildlife whilst you're here, including butterflies and birds of prey.

Awesome view, especially very early in the morning - awesome to see low clouds between the hills.

Cracking views to the South Downs on a clear day. Easy to get to all the main trails from here and always plenty of people to ask about trails if you're lost!
