Added a few photos to show the route through an industrial park, there are path diversion signs but it is all straightforward. The path is in the back corner of an area where cars can be parked in the eye line.

Central Park Stadium (formerly Sittingbourne Stadium) is a greyhound racing track. It used to be a speedway track and football stadium.

Good spot for a picnic with a few benches around the park. Nice flat paths suitable for a hybrid bike, probably okay for a road bike or you could walk a short way to find a quiet spot for a break.
