The trail is easy, even doable in sandals. There were few mosquitoes in mid-March, so the detour to the waterfall isn't really worth it. Tip: right at the end, just before the exit, take a dip in the natural pool of the stream – super refreshing and the fish give you a good exfoliation :-)

The surroundings are idyllic, the water crystal clear and practically begs for a swim – but: the fish – some of them quite large – are hungry and nibble/tug at your feet. It ranges from ticklish to downright unpleasant.
