The Külso Mill is worth taking a break. Children can let off steam to their heart's content at the nature experience area. The mill is located on the eastern edge of the Fläming Nature Park in Saxony-Anhalt. Away from the hustle and bustle, the nature park offers a diverse landscape and fascinating witnesses to history. Here you'll find pure nature, vast fields, and the opportunity to enjoy regional cuisine. If you'd like to learn more about excursions in the nature park, a visit to the Nature Park Information Center in Coswig (Anhalt) is worthwhile. And while you're in Coswig, you can also plan a stop at the interactive exhibition at the Flämis Huus (Flämis House). Founded in 1336 by Duke Rudolf I of Saxony-Wittenberg, the Hospital of the Holy Spirit is a historic cultural monument in Zahna. Originally built as a care institution, the hospital faced multiple reconstructions due to fires, particularly in 1547 and 1637 during times of conflict. 🏛️ Architectural Highlights: 1754: The current Bohemian Baroque-style hospital building was constructed. 1878: A collegiate chapel was added. 1906-1907: The institution was expanded to its present form. 💡 Did you know? This site once served as a nursing home, continuing its charitable mission until 1997. Today, the foundation upholds its legacy of elderly care. 📜 Heritage Status: Registered as a monument of Saxony-Anhalt (No. 094 36087), with the chapel designated as a sub-object
