Nestled between the River Bain and River Waring, the town has a wonderful selection of antique shops, galleries, cafes, restaurants, pubs, artisan shops and places to stay. As such, it is a great place to stop for a pit-stop or an overnight stay on hikes in the area. Be sure to check out St Mary’s Church near the marketplace, which dates to the 13th century.
