Longwood Dean Lane is a beautiful back country lane just east of Owslebury. It is a stunning tree lined lane with the glimpses of open country in places. It’s a great connecting road to connect Belmore Lane and Lane End. Simply a beautiful stretch of road.

Teglease Down is an elevated area in the South Downs National Park providing superb views to the south with views of patchwork-style fields. On a clear day you should be able to see as far as the Isle of Wight if you are lucky.

Wheely Down Farm Lane is a fabulous road with wonderful ridge top views as far as the English Channel. It runs parallel to the route of the South Downs Way, a long distance cycling and walk National Trail from Winchester to Eastbourne. It's a smooth road offering a steady climb (or descent) without much traffic to contend with.

The Meon River runs alongside the Meon Valley Trail. It's a clear chalk stream which rises at East Meon and flows south into the Solent. This tranquil spot lies just off the Meon Valley Trail at the foot of a set of wooden stairs. It's a perfect place for a paddle, as the water is clear and easy to access.
