Houghton Mill National Trust cafe. Outside seating NO toilets, tea expensive, limited menu. OK but better stops in Houghton and St Ives.

It is really a pittoresque bridge, rather narrow and with beautiful views above the water. Cyclists and pedestrians encounter here, so take care of each other. It's a place to enjoy, there are others to drive fast.

A nice town at the end of the guided bus lane from and to Cambridge. The small town is charming and also the surroundings are beautiful.

Quaint bridge with no cars but lots of pedestrians so be courteous.

Excellent shared path. Be courteous riders and give way to walkers. Add to your route and you will enjoy.

This is great cycle path. Next time I would start from St Ives and head to Cambridge.

Beautiful church. And a great bicycle lane beside the bus rail. When I rode past this church there was the Easter Sunday service and I could hear the people chant and sing. This was very special to me.

A good place to cross the river Cam, makes a good short cut from Newmarket Road to Chesterton.

A pleasant ride along the river Cam, cycle paths are smooth and fast flowing, look out for cows, they have a habit of hanging out near the gates!

Love the old bridge crossing through St Ives. A real highlight on the way out of Cambridge

Nice spot to stop off when rolling through St Ives, get the Sticky Toffee cake
