The historic building stands in Klein-Wien, a district of the municipality of Furth bei Göttweig, on Altmannistraße. It bears the inscription "Johann Nosko" and is currently associated with Erwin Nosko GmbH. The property appears quite deserted at present. The inscription refers to former owners of the Nosko family and makes the building a silent witness to local history, conveying an impression of the family's former life and work in this part of Klein-Wien.

The Church of St. Blasien in Klein-Wien, a district of the municipality of Furth near Göttweig, is a small, historically significant church at the foot of Göttweig Mountain. Its origins date back to the 11th century, while the current building was constructed in the 15th century in the Gothic style. Surrounded by a small woodland cemetery, the church is picturesquely situated on the edge of the forest and offers a quiet place for contemplation. The AVA Tower is a historical monument associated with Frau Ava, the first German-speaking poet known by name. According to tradition, the tower marks the spot where Frau Ava died in the 12th century and can be viewed from the outside. The surrounding area is ideal for cycling, passing through picturesque landscapes and offering beautiful views.
