very small hardpack track (100 - 200 metres long), good for little kids

Great pump track, I found it tricky to find without the map. Absolutely wiped me out doing several laps, great finish to the day.

Not easy to find as it's off a fire road, rather than the main trails, lacks signage to get there.

From recent (painful) experience... if riding for the first time definitely take it steady (especially sections with rocks). The Lime Burner Trail in general is great fun, but it definitely has the potential to suddenly and unexpectedly bite you!

if you want to do the Beast again take 2 right turns along a fire 🔥 road

Black feature with a drop in and steep climb out.  The trick here is some speed on entering and quickly getting into a low enough gear to be able to climb out the far side without 'stalling'.  Again, this feature can be bypassed entirely by heading around it to the left.

A twisty, bermed section of singletrack with a few rollovers dotted along it's length.  During busier times of year, the top surface of the track here can be loose and slippery, so take care as you ride through.  Towards the ends of the first section before it crosses the fire road, there are a couple of fairly large rollovers, perfect for hopping from the top of if you're so inclined.  Once across the fire road, the Helter Skelter runs into a flatter section through the trees until it finishes at a wider path

Possibly the most technical section of the Lime Burner Trail with it's general descent, tight turns, natural obstables, and short but steep climbs around trees.  If riding for the first time, take it steady and keep your eyes open as there are some fast changes in direction with trees that can quickly become a problem.

Experienced riders only

A fun technical bomb hole next to the trail. Watch out for fallen branches and trees in the bottom, you might want to try and clear them out before sending it!

Need to brave to do this section and just go for it - rock gardens, very sharp bends, drops, and protruding roots
