Don't miss the holy well - downhill behind the church to the North East. Source of the River Stour and full of folklore about the martyrdom of St Kenelm. The church was also doors open at 11am on a Monday. The tympanum above the door and the wooden screen at the altar of the Last Supper are the things most of interest. Plus a couple of nice stained glass windows.

There is an outdoor drinking water tap here to refill water bottles or doggy bowls. Right next to the hole in the wall, where they serve food during opening hours. I recommend the toasties!

Get a National Trust membership and explore the house. Especially at Christmas.

The trial are intermediate, yet at the same time great scenery and also the little ones can go for a rip at the park oh also check out their cafe 👌🏾🫶🏽

If heading north your about to hit a muddy section of tow path, it’s passable with care is heading south you’ll be glad it’s over lol

A lovely place to sit and take a break

The church of St Mary the Virgin is an Anglican parish church in the village of Hanbury, Worcestershire. Its earliest parts date from about 1210. The church was the family church for the Vernon family of nearby Hanbury Hall

Hanbury Hall a large 18th-century stately home owned by the National Trust. It stands in quite an extensive parkland at Hanbury, Worcestershire. Plenty of walks in the parkland, plus you can visit the hall itself plus the formal gardens.
