The road is currently closed (July 8th - September 6th, 2024). A diversion will be set up. This leads from the Wiestal Landesstraße junction / Strubklamm Straße junction via Ebenau to Faistenau with the option of taking the Strubklammstraße.

A magical place, lost between the plains of Lower Austria and the Alps. We're not really quite in the mountains, but this in-between is the charm of this small region. Not to mention, of course, the lakes with turquoise waters and several exceptional places, such as this cross placed on a rock which seems to contemplate the passing traveler. In short, a very beautiful place, ideal for cycling, because the traffic remains reasonable given the beauty of the place.
