Spillumsfjellet is a fine summit in the Namsos region. It boasts a glorious panorama of truly wild Norwegian countryside and out to the fjords.

The interactive museum for pop and rock music was built because Namsos has produced some of Norway's most famous musicians. The tourist information office is also located in the same building.

I wouldn't call it an avenue, more like a forest path or forest path. Nevertheless, a nice piece of path along the Nordleden. There is also a possibility to take a break ((see photo).

The Nordleden begins at Gløshaug Kirke, the northernmost of the Olafswege, all of which lead to Trondheim. Today it belongs to the Grong commune. The church is the starting point of the Nordleden, a pilgrimage route to Trondheim. It is high above the Namsen valley, so that you have a great view of the landscape from here.

Very nice avenue with a hiking trail along a high moor

South of Formofoss, Sandøla plunges 34 meters into a narrow rocky gorge. In the rock you can see beautiful whirlpool pots. At Kv 4258, which branches off from the E 6, there is a small parking lot, from which a steep path leads down to the waterfall.

Not far from the E6, it's worth it!
