Every Belgian knows this image of the Duvel brewery along the A12: Ssst... This is where the Duvel matures. Duvel is a Belgian blond specialty beer from Brouwerij Duvel Moortgat from Puurs-Sint-Amands. It has a top fermentation and is refermented again in the bottle. The alcohol percentage is 8.5%. Duvel is drunk from a tulip-shaped glass, with an engraving of a D scratched into the glass at the bottom to ensure that the beer pearls (previously there was only a scratch at the bottom instead of an engraving). The beer has even been given its own cycle route.
