Molen van ’t Veld The Molen van 't Veld is a standard mill with a semi-open base that is located in the city of Geel and served as a corn mill. The mill was built in 1796 and was initially located in Heist-op-den-Berg. In 1823, however, it was moved to Elsum, where it stood on the road to Larum. The last miller-owner was Karel van de Weyer, who restored it in 1964 and operated it regularly until 1987. After his death, the mill was neglected and threatened to fall into disrepair. However, it was demolished and rebuilt in 1993 west of Ten Aard. The mill stands on a mill belt that is four meters high.
