The impressive artwork consists of a tall penny-farthing (an old bicycle with a large front wheel and a small rear wheel) with a Belle Époque figure on top. Its total height is 4.5 meters. The freestanding sculpture consists of a metal and wooden frame, covered with chicken wire and straw, and finished with jute and rope.
