This bridge (and others in the region) weren't there when I was a kid. Now, you can enjoy lovely, scenic, and short walks and bike rides from the charming Zennegat. Be careful in wet weather, though, as they can be a bit slippery.

Since October 2024, pedestrians and cyclists can safely cross the Vierarmenkruispunt via a wooden box bridge. With a span of 67.5 m, this is a unique construction in Belgium. Moreover, only 100% sustainable European was used. The structure is part of the F29 cycle highway from Tervuren to Leuven.
