The platform is back up. I think it's beautiful, two levels with a great view of the biotope. Definitely worth a stop. Edit: just saw Tobi's photos!

Many thanks to @Peter Löhr, who informed us via my MTB highlight https://www.komoot.com/de-de/highlight/3329681?ref=whd (which, strangely enough, is no longer shown in Komoot) that there was a fire incident at the viewing platform in 2023.
