The Church of San Martino is one of the main places of worship located in the hamlet of the same name in the municipality of Stella (SV), Liguria. It represents one of the five historic centers ("stars") of the Savona area and has its origins in local religious tradition, dedicated to Saint Martin of Tours, a bishop known for his charitable gesture of carrying his cloak.

A scenic and easy hike (if you follow the normal route)

Nice little village furhter away from the sea.

Breathtaking views of Bergeggi and Spotorno. A very challenging trail, it was chosen as the 2017 World Championship course for good reason. Thanks in part to water erosion, the surface is very rough and technical! Requires a lot of commitment!

Exceptional panoramic point: the view ranges from Capo Noli to the promontory of Portofino; in front, on the best days, Corsica. Reachable via a wide driveway (also suitable for families with children) or a steep path immersed in the Mediterranean scrub (absolutely preferable if you have a minimum of training)

Definitely the toughest trail so far. Partly so worn and washed out that it is a threat to humans and equipment. But it has some great sections, especially in the upper part. The first trail that deserves an S4....
