More information about opening times etc. can be found here: https://www.cascata-varone.com/de/ Make sure you take a rain jacket with you... no one comes out dry here 😜😂! We were there at the end of October and were glad to have a change of clothes in the car 😉. Definitely a welcome refreshment in the summer ☀️

during the day we passed by it 100 times always in a "hurry" and we had never stopped.... at night the tour is calmer slower more relaxed... we finally stopped and it was worth it...

Found on the way to Monte Brione. If you stand at the other end, you go straight down. You should be free from giddiness. Otherwise you have a great view over Torbole

A visit to the waterfalls is highly recommended.

You can walk through it, wonderful views of Toblone and the lake. You can find it halfway up Brione on the right side

The waterfall flows in various caves for about a hundred metres, the visit is made even more interesting thanks to the scenographic lighting and the possibility of entering the tunnels on artificial walkways. It is inside a private natural park with an entrance fee (currently €6 per person, there are discounts for families and groups). Risk of crowding in summer and on public holidays

The summit was hollowed out during World War I with countless passages and fortifications to explore on the way up. You have to be careful with some of them, they are quite steep and dead ends, so you have to come back without slipping. Through the gaps you always have views of small parts of the surrounding landscape - somehow it also has something.
